LoveCarlisle welcomes you to the 5^th Annual UPMC Ice Art Fest on February 5, 6, 7 in Downtown Carlisle.

With COVID-19 precautions in place, downtown Carlisle will again sparkle with over 50 ice sculptures placed around town.
